This home searching journey would not have happened without assistance from our wonderful agent, Ryan. We were 1st homeowners to our bto 4rm flat and a 1st timer to sell & buy our next home. 5 stars isn't enough to reflect his professionalism and the extra miles he has taken from the first day we meet till the unit was handed over to me. He diligently did his "homework" to find properties that matches my preferences so that I could make a fast decision. He assisted me to check with HDB on some queries I had. He is a patient agent who explain to me in details on every stage of the application. He will make sure that I understand every single stage. On the day of handover, he carefully check all the keys, making sure that all keys are made available by seller agent. He even assisted to check all cabinets to ensure there is no unwanted stuff was left behind by seller. Beside this, he assisted to discard some debris left behind by the seller. Thumbs up to Ryan. highly recommended.

He is very professional and knowledgeable about on-the ground things. I have attended a course to keep myself updated about the latest costs and information. However, when I am on the ground doing the negotiation work, he was there to remind me about certain things that I have missed out. He is also constantly reminding me of the things to be done, such as to obtain the giro form for the property. These are the little things which are important when getting the new house. Ryan was the second agent I engaged to find a tenant for my unit at Tampines, after a futile attempt with another agent. He was able to secure and negotiate a fair offer with a tenant within a week, whilst ensuring that my interests were protected at all times.
